Welcoming Aicha to the MLD team

Med-Life Discoveries would like to virtually introduce Aicha Stern to the Rhizo community. She joined our team in the role of administrative assistant. Aicha brings a strong background in office administration with over eight years of previous experience in a range of diverse environments.

While Aicha will be involved in a variety of areas at MLD including customer relations, marketing, and office support, her primary responsibility will be working with families that are attending the RCDP Natural History Study. Moving forward, families that are traveling to Wilmington to attend the study will be talking with Aicha to make their travel arrangements, discuss any travel logistic or policy related questions, and process their reimbursement claims.

We understand how stressful traveling with a child with RCDP can be, especially in today’s world where there are ever changing travel rules and restrictions. We are lucky to have Aicha on our team as she brings a passion for working with people and a dedication to ensuring that families have all the information and support they need. With her support, we are confident that families will now have a much more pleasant experience planning their travel and understanding the travel policy.
